Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our press on nail sets, all sales are final. Each set is uniquely created for you based on your specific measurements and design choices. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

We highly recommend that you double check your nail sizes and design choices before placing your order. 

Exceptions

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part such as receiving the wrong size, color, or a damaged product please contact klawzbytania@gmail.com or on IG @klawzbytania within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
