Welcome to KlawzByTania. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom press-on nail products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or purchase products.

2. Product Description and Custom Order Policy

A. Custom and Hand-Painted Nature

KlawzByTania specializes in hand-painted, made-to-order press-on nail sets. This means:

1. Unique Production: Production begins only after an order is placed. Each set is custom-created based on the customer’s specifications (size, shape, length, and design).

2. Inherent Variation: Due to the nature of handmade and hand-painted artistry, slight variations in color, design placement, and detailing may occur compared to product photographs. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these minor variations.

B. Sizing Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate nail sizing.

• We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit prior to ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

• We are not responsible for nails that do not fit due to incorrect sizing information provided by the customer.

• No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered if the customer provides incorrect measurements.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

A. Processing and Shipping

We will provide an estimated processing time (the time required to create your custom set) and estimated shipping times. These are estimates only, and we are not liable for any delays in processing or shipping outside of our control.

B. Risk of Loss

All purchases made through KlawzByTania are made pursuant to a shipping contract. The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our hand-painted products and for hygienic reasons, we strictly adhere to a No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds policy.

Exceptions: Our Error or Shipping Damage

1. Damage Upon Arrival: If your products arrive damaged due to shipping, you must notify us at klawzbytania@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the product damage and the original packaging. We will assess the claim and, if approved, may offer a repair or replacement of the damaged items at our discretion.

2. Order Error: If we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., sent the wrong design or shape than what was specified in your order), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will remake and ship the correct set at no extra cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and product photographs, is the property of KlawzByTania and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KlawzByTania shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our products is to cease using the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
